Parenting, more specifically the mental and emotional experience of being a parent is the area I specialise in. When we are talking about being a parent we are talking about everything from infertility, miscarriage and baby loss, pregnancy, birth experience, becoming a parent, relationship changes when becoming parents, managing life, finding a new identity and thinking about how you were parented... all of it! See below for the work I do around this area.

Couples Counselling

I offer a specialist block of 6 sessions to new parents who are wanting to navigate the transition into parenthood. This can be one-to-one or with couples.   Please contact me to discuss.

 

I am also accredited with the Foundation for Infant Loss as a specialist in rainbow babies and infertility.
